The congregation council is the governing body elected by the congregation at the annual meeting.  The congregation council members are elected for 3 year terms.  In 2009, the constitution was amended to reduce the number of council members from 12 members down to 9 over a three year period.  This will mean that only three new members will be elected each year from this point on. 

Congregation Council Meetings are held the third Sunday of each month following the late service unless otherwise announced.
